Hilton Garden Inn, an upscale brand from Hilton Worldwide Holdings, has revamped its hotel design approach that provides six new, customizable hotel prototype options — one for each region of the world where the brand operates.
The new, flexible approach is designed with developers in mind, making it more cost-efficient to build a Hilton Garden Inn. The North American prototype. called Magnolia, will reduce the hotel’s footprint by 8% and lower construction costs by approximately 6%.
“Hilton Garden Inn is rapidly expanding globally, and that requires a new approach to our hotel prototypes that addresses the localized needs and customs of each market,” making it “easier and more profitable than ever to build our hotels,” said John Greenleaf, global head, Hilton Garden Inn.
